    Ingredients To Stock Up

    Though making sure you have a well stocked gluten-free pantry will help in terms of breakfast recipes, there are a few other staples you'll see come up frequently.

    For the most part if you have food allergies (or multiple food allergies) you're probably familiar with most of these.

    Are eggs considered dairy?

    Though eggs are an animal product they are not dairy based. Thus, they are safe to eat on a dairy-free diet.

    How long does it take to see results from a dairy-free diet?

    Some people will notice some results within a few days of eliminating dairy. However, most benefits take 3-6 weeks. This gives your system enough time to get all the dairy out of your system and adjust to the new food.

    What can I eat for breakfast that’s not dairy?

    Breakfasts like overnight oats, chia pudding, protein oatmeal, egg scrambles, and avocado toast are all great breakfast options for a dairy-free diet and great for toddlers.

    What can I eat for breakfast if I'm gluten-free?

    Many of the same recipes that are dairy-free are also gluten-free. Items like gluten-free breakfast casseroles and scrambles can easily be made dairy-free. Otherwise, overnight oats, pancakes, chia pudding, and muffins are great breakfast ideas so long as you certify the ingredients are gluten-free.
