Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Breakfast Recipes

Based on wholesome ingredients, these gluten-free breakfast recipes are both delicious and fueling! These range from easy, make-ahead breakfast recipes to classic staples made with a dairy-free and gluten-free twist.

In typical fashion, I try to place an extra focus on protein for breakfast and reduced sugar. Meaning that most of these gluten-free breakfast ideas are refined sugar-free and instead use ingredients like honey or maple syrup.

Though it can seem overwhelming to go gluten-free and dairy-free, these breakfast ideas make it practical (so do these dairy-free swaps!).
