When it comes to pregnancy, cravings can be all over the place.

But there’s one thing that’s never disputed: at some point in time, you are going to want allll the sweet things.

As a mom of three, I found that I was chocolate-obsessed with my first babe, ice cream-obsessed with my second, and would eat everything under the sun (after the trimester of course, haha) with my third.

Thankfully, I was able to find a balance in each pregnancy that let me enjoy my cravings, not feel restricted, and still give my babe the healthy nutrients it needed.

So, if you are currently expecting, first off: congrats!!! Though I didn’t appreciate it with my first, it is truly a special time.

And second, scroll through the list of healthy pregnancy desserts below and pick out some new recipes to try. Actually, give this pregnancy smoothie with dates a go too as it's delicious.

Not only will you feel AMAZING indulging a craving but that voice inside your head telling you that you need nutrients will shut off too 😉
