These vegan protein dessert recipes range from decadent chocolate fudge to easy vegan puddings. They all contain basic, gluten free foods for beginners and are geared towards increasing your protein to build muscle intake while giving in to your sweet tooth.

    Which Protein Powder To Choose

All of the vegan dessert recipes use a vegan protein powder to keep the intake high. Learn more about choosing the best protein powder for your goals and know that the protein powder you choose will affect both the taste and texture of the recipes.

The majority of the recipes are made with Orgain protein powder or Botanica protein. However, if you're using a fermented powder you may need to adjust the liquid ratio.
