    13 High Protein Egg Recipes For Breakfast

    Struggling to get enough protein at breakfast? Check out this decadent, easy-to-make, and totally dairy-free, high-protein egg recipes to fuel your day. These breakfast recipes all contain eggs but in no way plain. Great for trying something new and amping up your daily intake.

    So, as much as I hate to even type this… some people do not want to eat eggs for breakfast. GASP haha if you’ve ever seen one of my Facebook coffee chats, I have eggs every day. I love eggs. But I suppose you want options.

    As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I can't stress enough the importance of a high-protein diet. This means that kicking your day off with a protein-packed recipe is crucial (learn more about how to increase your protein intake and not hate food).

    So, below are a few of my favorite breakfasts we eat on rotation (because my kids don’t want eggs every day either). We do also like these dairy-free breakfast recipes high in protein. These are also the kind of recipes used in some of my high-protein meal templates geared toward busy moms.

    High Protein Egg Recipes

    All of the breakfast recipes below contain eggs but are so much more than just plain scrambled eggs. Instead, these recipes are indulgent and unique with punches of flavor. Plus, they're all dairy and gluten-free too!
