The perfect pick me up, this coconut milk matcha latte is creamy, uplifting and loaded with nutrients. Sweetened with honey and made using a mushroom latte blend, this coffee-alternative is perfect for long, grey days.

Though I am a coffee lover through and through, I can't deny that sometimes it's nice to switch it up - especially during the cooler months! And since there are so many benefits to matcha tea, I don't mind the switch-up.
This dairy-free matcha latte is made with coconut milk and gives you a boost of focus and energy thanks to a secret ingredient.
As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I love that it's minimally sweetened and despite being a latte, is pretty low in calories (but high in nutrients).
Why You'll Love This Recipe
Easy: There are only 3 main ingredients in this matcha latte to keep it ultra-simple to whip up.

The Secret Ingredient
You only need three ingredients for this recipe; your favorite honey, coconut milk from a can (you only want the thick white part!), and a matcha pack from Four Sigmatics.
Four Sigmatics uses a blend of matcha green tea and Lions mane mushrooms for their blend and it's POTENT.
The is the BEST way to gain energy and focus without the jitters. Adding Lions Mane into my diet has been a game-changer in so many ways.
Flavor Variations
This coconut milk matcha latte is sweetened with honey and made frothy with the coconut milk. However, there are lots of ways to dress it up, just like this Chai tea latte.
Cinnamon: If you like to curl up in the fall, add in a dash of cinnamon to the matcha latte.
Topping: If you have a milk frother, froth up some coconut milk and almond milk for a frothy add on. Or whip on some whole30 whipped cream for maximum indulgence.
Vanilla: Add in half a teaspoon of quality vanilla to really bring out the flavor.

Yes! Make the coconut matcha latte as listed and then let it cool fully before storing it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give the jar a shake to combine it and pour it over ice. Add extra sweetener if needed.
