Equipment

Ingredients

  • cup coconut cream (the hard/solid) part of a can of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Four Sigmatics Matcha Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ¾ cup Boiling water
  • Cinnamon for dusting, optional

Instructions

  • In a mini blender, combine all the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and matcha powder is dissolved.
  • Pour into your favorite mug.
  • If you have a milk frother, add some additional coconut milk and/or almond milk to the frother. Top the matcha latte with the froth for a creamier texture.
  • Dust with cinnamon if using.

Notes

Adjust the honey as per personal taste preferences. Maple syrup can be used in its place to make this recipe vegan.
For a punch of protein, add a tablespoon of collagen powder when blending.

The nutritional breakdown does not contain the extra calories from the froth if using.
