    Summer is here, and it's time to cool off! Refresh and satisfy a craving with these gluten-free summer desserts. Easy to make and great for backyard relaxing, these summer desserts are semi-healthy treats you'll fall in love with!

    Having healthy treats on hand is crucial during the summer months with kids at home. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, these are recipes I use over and over again throughout the warm months.

    Made from whole-food ingredients, naturally dairy and gluten-free, these summer desserts help you stay cool while still giving growing body's a few nutrients.

    Healthy: All of the summer desserts are dairy-free, gluten-free, and many of them are high in protein.

    Easy to make: With the exception of a couple more time-based recipes, these gluten-free desserts are easy to whip up.
