    Healthy recipes don’t have to be boring! These dairy-free, gluten-free recipes will have you ENJOYING your meals… not just fueling up.

    As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I strive to make healthy eating PRACTICAL. I truly believe that good food doesn’t have to be boring for moms, but it does have to be simple!

    But like any other mom, kitchen time is limited. This is why I strive to make easy, healthy recipes that even the kiddos will love.

    All of my recipes are:

    • Dairy-free & gluten-free
    • Practical for busy mom life
    • Require as little time as possible in the kitchen (no four-course fancy dinners here!)
    • As nutrient-dense as I can make them
    • Taste tested by kiddos (hehe)
    • Low in processed sugar

     

    These easy recipes are a healthy way to give your body the blocks it needs while enjoying a multitude of flavors- especially chocolate, I LOVE chocolate.
