Tips To Stay Motivated Working Out At Home

It's not always easy to rock a fitness routine at home. While it has its benefits (pajamas, no childcare, anytime of day) it also has it's downfalls (the couch, kiddo interruptions etc).

I've been working out at home for almost eleven years now and in that time I've learned a few helpful tips to get it done:

    • aim to get it done early (get it out of the way)
    • skip the warm-up if you need to (unless you're lifting heavy)
    • make use of really good playlists
    • get the kids involved (or at least have special activities for them in the gym!)
    • do what you can - sometimes the best-laid plans don't work. SHOWING UP is always a win (check out these 5 minute workouts to help you)
