    It's never easy to show up to your workouts day in and day out. But consistency is key. So for those days when you need a little bit of something "extra", use these fitness motivation quotes to get you going on your fitness journey and keep on top of your goals!

    Fitness motivation quotes are the words in your head you remember when you’re not feeling the gym.

    They’re the words you write on your mirror to remind you why you’re doing this.

    Gym quotes are what keep you going when there’s sweat in your eyes, but you know you can’t quit. (here's one of my favorite tanks reminding me not to quit. And here are the best workout svgs to make your own tanks!).

    Fitness motivation is a tricky thing, and as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, even the best of us die-hards struggle throughout the year.

    But we keep going. Due to motivation, habit, or an internal push, we keep going.

    We've also learned that physical fitness is just one aspect of the picture. Your mentality plays a huge role too. So, change your mind, and you'll change your results (these glow up affirmations are great for this too!).

    Below are some classic workout quotes to help get you jacked up. I threw in ones that have helped me pull my head up when I was struggling (or angry at my body). I also polled all my lovely social media friends and asked for their favorites.

    Not every gym quote is for every person. We all have different goals, different lifestyles, and different beliefs. Find the ones you love and don’t let them go.

    There’s no perfect system to stay dedicated to your fitness routine. But workout quotes can help. Grab a marker, scribble them on your mirror, your workout bag or imprint them on your mind.
