These dairy-free snacks range from easy, gluten-free protein balls, and other classic on-the-go goodies (like protein bars) to the more indulgent baked goods like protein donuts.

Skip the chicken and ground beef and boost your protein intake while enjoying what you eat.

As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I strive to make healthy eating PRACTICAL for busy moms. This means that these snacks are great for pregnancy and a busy lifestyle.

 

These high-protein snacks:

  • Contain roughly 10 grams of protein per serving (or more)
  • Use a variety of high-protein ingredients
  • Are easy to make and many of them are no-bake recipes
  • Can be enjoyed by kids and moms alike
  • Are all dairy-free and gluten-free
  • Use a blend of vegan protein powder (normally pea protein), collagen powder, and whole food ingredients to achieve their high-protein, delicious snack status

 

 

Why Choose A High Protein Snack?

Protein (essential amino acids actually) is responsible for everything in the body from growing muscles to boosting the immune system.

It helps keep us full (thus reducing extra snacking), supports our tissues and organs, and even gives you energy!

And of course, when it comes to weight loss, muscle-sculpting, or supporting your workout goals, protein is crucial.

However, this doesn’t mean that you need to survive off of chicken breasts, cottage cheese, and Greek Yogurt.
