How To Perform The Workout
Focusing on strength each exercise is a straight set. So, perform all three sets of the push ups with 10 seconds rest between them before moving on to the next exercise.

Quick Workout Notes
TThe sumo squat can be done holding the dumbbell above your head or in a goblet at your chest.
Add a mini band to the hands or feet to make the crawl harder.
