    Interval From Hell

    Welcome to today's workout. TAccurately names this interval workout is going to kick up your heart rate.

    How To Perform The Workout

    Perform the three exercises back to back without rest. This is a countdown so all the exercises are performed for 40 seconds the first set, 30 seconds the next and 20 seconds on the final one.

    In and out squats40-30-20 seconds
    Mini band mountain climber40-30-20 seconds
    Superman40-30-20 seconds

    Quick Workout Notes

    The mountain climbers can be done on the ground or elevated and can be done with or without a mini band on your feet.

    For the superman, no row is needed, just the superman is enough here.
