Eccentric push up with superman | 20 seconds |
Wall Bridge | 10 seconds x 4 sets |
Side plank hip dips | 20 seconds |
Isometric banded bridge | 10 seconds x 4 sets |

The side plank can be done from your elbow or hand, whichever feels best.
