Even though I’ve been coaching women for over 14 years, everything changed when I became a mom. Suddenly, time disappeared, meals were whatever I could grab, and taking care of myself felt impossible.

Once upon a time, I was a fast food-loving, chain-smoking restaurant manager with zero clue about nutrition or fitness. There was no dramatic “aha” moment—just small shifts that eventually led me here.
I started working out before I had kids, but postpartum? That was a whole new world. I learned quickly that being strong mattered way more than being in a calorie deficit—and that food wasn’t just fuel, it was function.
After my second pregnancy, I ditched dairy and gluten (turns out that “hormonal bloating” wasn’t hormonal at all), and I’ve felt better ever since—less pain, less fog, more energy.
By the time baby #3 rolled around, I finally felt like I had a system. Not perfect (what mom’s life is?), but strong, fueled, and more in control.
I want my daughters to grow up strong, confident, and full of laughter each and every day. But I also wish this for the mamas.

I actually don't work out as much for looks any more as I do for mental clarity and to reduce the "crazy overwhelmed and anxious" feeling.
The fitness world is a MESS of information. And because of this, it's scary as heck for moms to get started.
I strive to make fitness practical for busy moms. To help you reap the benefits of more strength, less back pain, and an increased metabolism... at from their home (this is what the SMASH workouts are all about).
I am a firm believer that fitness should be fun! Dreading & despising your workouts won't get you the results you're looking for. Instead, experiment with different workouts, laugh, and enjoy the journey - it's a hard balance so don't take it too seriously!
