Tips For Making Healthy Family Dinners In Under 30 Minutes
Whipping up nutritious meals doesn’t come without a bit of pre-planning.
If you want t truly make healthy dinners WORK for you, embrace a few of the following habits:
- If you’re cooking two chicken breasts cook four (cook in bulk!)
- Always have a grain or starch ready in the fridge (quinoa, rice, roasted chickpeas etc)
- Use veggies twice (if you’re making easy roasted vegetables, make double and use the leftovers in a Buddha Bowl or quick pasta)
You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen each Sunday getting ready for the week. But learning and implementing the meal prep basics will help keep dinnertime running smoothly.
