    How To Perform The Workout

    Perform all both exercises back to back without rest for one set only.

    Dynamic Bridge30 seconds per side
    Wall pulse30 seconds
    Froggy Rocks60 seconds alternating
    Figure 4 Reaches30 seconds each
    Thoracic Rotation30 seconds each
    Chest Stretch60 seconds
