Perform the exercises back to back without rest. Do them only one time through but if you have more time do it again, these are gold!
Horse Rotations | 30 seconds |
Wall pulse | 40s econds |
Dynamic Pigeon | 20 seconds per side |
Straddle RDL | 30s econds |
Rest | 10 seconds x 3 sets |
Quick Workout Notes
If you're a beginner, sit on a yoga block or multiple cushions for the straddle so that your back is arched and your hips tip forward.
