How To Perform The Workout
Perform all both exercises back to back without rest between sets for a total of 3 rounds.
Superman with row | 40 seconds |
Bodyweight knee extensions | 30s seconds |
Isometric mini band squat | 30s seconds |
Quick Workout Notes
Do the first set without weight on the extensions if you're new to them.
Don't underestimate the power of a hold, hold that squat fully engaged with everything in you and drive the knees out.
