In this episode I chat a bit more about my crazy journey from a restaurant manager and chronic smoker into the health and fitness crazy I am today. It's not always easy and sometimes there's no big moment but they steps I made worked for me. I'm also sharing my top five healthy living tips! These are tips I chat about with each and every one of my clients regardless of their goals. It's easy to overlook these basics and yet they have THE BIGGEST impact on our health.
