How To Perform The Workout
Perform the first two exercises back to back with 30 seconds rest after the pulldown. Repeat for 4 rounds and then perform one all-out set of the knee raises.
Mini Loop Crab March | 30 seconds |
Single Arm Pulldown | 30 seconds per arm |
Rest | 30 seconds x 4 sets |
Bench Knee Raise | 30 seconds |
Quick Workout Notes
Don't shrug your shoulder on the knee raise.
For the pull down, think of tucking your elbows in your back pockets and make sure to pause briefly.
