    Welcome to today's workout. Focus on getting some juiciness in your joints!

    How To Perform The Workout

    Get juicy today and perform two sets of the sequence below without any rest between exercises or sets.

    Horse stance rotations30 seconds
    Froggy rocks30 seconds
    Down dog taps30 seconds
    Supermans30 seconds
    Pigeons20 seconds per side

    Quick Workout Notes

    Move SLOW with these movements and focus on range not just the motion.

    The pigeon is hard, use any modification you can (elevate the front knee on a bench or put a yoga block under the hip etc).
