Welcome to today's workout. Everyone loves a leg day, right?! This one is a total legs and core day that's pure challenge.

    How To Perform The Workout

Perform all both exercises back to back without rest without stopping for 3 full rounds.

    Quick Workout Notes

Keep your heel down in the lunge, drop the weight if needed.

Carries require good posture so chest up, don't flare the ribs, and let your core do its job.

If you can't jump in on the ninja get up, just step one leg in at a time.
