    Welcome to today's workout. Today your focus is on mobility and movement. These workouts are worked into the schedule to give your body some rest and to gain movement at necessary joints.

    How To Perform The Workout

    Perform the exercises back to back for a total of three rounds.

    I-Y-T20 seconds
    Down Dog Flow10 seconds x 4 sets
    Froggy Rocks20 seconds

    Quick Workout Notes

    If you want a shoulder challenge, add hand weights to the IYT.

    The focus is movement not intensity so get the hips and shoulders juicy.
