    Welcome to today's workout. Focus today is on your joints so that you can work out long term!

    How To Perform The Workout

    Perform the exercises back to back without rest. Do them only one time through but if you have more time do it again, these are gold!

    Horse Rotations30 seconds
    Wall pulse40s econds
    Dynamic Pigeon20 seconds per side
    Straddle RDL30s econds
    Rest10 seconds x 3 sets

    Quick Workout Notes

    If you're a beginner, sit on a yoga block or multiple cushions for the straddle so that your back is arched and your hips tip forward.
