    Welcome to today's workout. You really need to muster up energy for today's workout so show yourself you've got it!

    How To Perform The Workout

    Perform the first two exercises back to back without rest for 3 rounds. rest 10 seconds and perform the next two exercises back to back for 2 rounds.

    Step Out Lunge30 seconds each
    Ninja Get up30 seconds
    Rest10 seconds
    Push Up30 seconds
    Russian twist20 seconds
    Rest10 seconds

    Quick Workout Notes

    Keep the heel down on the side lunge.

    No need to jump for the nina get ups, you can step each foot in one by one.

    Place the feet down on the Russian twist if you're feeling low back.
