    The Quick Fitness Routine That Works Better Than an Hour at the Gym

    Skip the gym and use this speedy, 5-minute workout to get stronger and work up a sweat. This at-home fitness routine is easy to implement and requires zero equipment making it perfect for busy days.

    If you struggle to hit the gym or follow a workout routine consistently, this mini-workout is what you need! As a Certified Strength Coach, I use 5-minute workouts for myself and my clients on busy days when a longer, more structured workout just isn’t happening.

    Believe it or not, adding in mini-workouts throughout your day is an amazing way to get stronger, gain energy, and improve your health.

    DAILY 5 MINUTE WORKOUTS

    5-Minute Workout

    Perform the workout below by performing both exercises back to back without rest. After the plank, rest for 10 seconds and repeat that sequence for a total of 3 rounds before finishing off with two sets of the final exercise with 10 seconds between sets.
