Welcome to today's workout. This beauty has only two exercises. However, since they're combo exercises the workout is a wicked combination!
How To Perform The Workout
Perform all both exercises back to back without rest. After the superman rows, rest for 10 seconds and then keep repeating for a total of 4 rounds.
Squat To Lunge | 40 seconds |
Superman Row | 30 seconds |
Rest | 10 seconds x 4 sets |
Quick Workout Notes
The squat to lunge is fatiguing, drop the weight if you need to.
If you feel the low back in the superman row, just perform the superman or an alternating arm and leg lift.
As always, the rest are short (we only have 5 minutes!).
