Divide the muddle into the glasses over the ice cubes.
Juice the lime into each glass.
Add the stevia and remaining blueberries.
Finally, top with perrier (or any sparkling water), a lime, and call it a day!

You can grate the ginger instead of muddling it however, some people don’t enjoy chewing small pieces of ginger in their drink.
If you slice it into bigger chunks and muddle it, you can easily pick them out if needed.
Add the stevia last or taste the drink before adding it. This way you can adjust the sweetness level to your own personal preference.
If you don’t love stevia, a tiny bit of honey or maple syrup tastes delicious too.
Though fresh or frozen blueberries work, fresh blueberries won't disperse as nicely as frozen blueberries will.
You can make this blueberry mocktail recipe into more of a mojito (or a blueberry mint mocktail) by muddling in some fresh mint to the blueberry syrup mixture.
