Simmered in a gluten-free honey garlic sauce until ultra-tender, these slow cooker steak bites take meal prep to a whole other level of easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce Gluten-free
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.7 kilograms Eye of round marinating steak

Instructions

  • Chop the steak into bite-sized chunks.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, and honey in a slow cooker.
  • Add the steak bites in and toss to coat them.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Notes

Confirm your soy sauce is gluten-free if you need to. It’s one of the hidden sources of gluten. Tamari or coconut aminos work in place of the regular stuff.
If you can stir the steak bites throughout them cooking, do it. It will result in juicer bites. However, you don’t need to.
