This high-protein apple crumble is a single-serve snack or breakfast made with real apple, Greek yogurt, and a crunchy oat topping. Bake it, or skip the oven entirely.
In an oven-safe, small ramekin, combined the chopped apples and arrowroot powder until the apples are kind of coated.
Mix in the Greek yogurt and protein powder. The apple mixture should look coated and wet.
In a smaller bowl, mix together the rolled oats, maple syrup, and chopped nuts.
Top the apples with the oat-based granola and smooth it out.
Either bake it in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes or microwave it for 90 seconds.

Equip protein is what was used because of its indulgent flavor and lack of bloating afterwards. If using another protein, you may need to add a bit more sweetener and liquid to the mix depending on how it absorbs.Read through the tips in the blog post to learn how to cook this protein crumble in the microwave, oven, or with a no-bake option.
