Mango Avocado Smoothie (No Banana)

Refreshing, creamy, and made with only 6 ingredients. This avocado mango smoothie is made without banana but packed full of energy.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ¾ cup mango frozen
  • ¾ cup spinach
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ½ avocado
  • cup beef-based protein powder vanilla
  • ½ cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Juice the orange and add it to the blender. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour in the almond milk.
  • Blend on high until fully combined.

Notes

Only freshly squeezed orange juice will keep the smoothie paleo-approved. 
Taste the smoothie and adjust the orange juice or mango depending on your preference.
Add the dairy-free milk half at a time, and then once fully blended, add more in 1 tablespoon increments until you reach your desired texture.
The protein powder you choose will adjust the taste and texture of the smoothie. The nutritional breakdown uses beef protein powder.
This smoothie is delicious as is, but you can also top it with coconut whipped cream or granola with cinnamon.
