Mix well until no clumps remain (especially the collagen!)
Microwave for 75-90 seconds. Let cool and enjoy.

The protein mug cake does rise and deflate. It stays super light but it will deflate a bit.
You can add in any mixings you enjoy (sprinkles, chocolate chips etc). Make sure to add them in last though and mix well as they do tend to sink to the bottom.
The mug cake is HOT coming out of the microwave so let it cool before you gobble it up.
