Notes
Take care to smooth the batter down in the loaf pan to remove any air bubbles and make sure that to protein bars set properly. A silicone loaf pan works best I find, but a regular one lined with parchment paper is great too!I use a vegan Greek yogurt for the recipe. However, any Greek yogurt that you tolerate will work. Know that the bars were made with a vanilla flavored yogurt. If you use a plain yogurt, you may want to add more sweetener or maple syrup.Honey can work in place of maple syrup. You’ll want the bars to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before you enjoy them. Right out of the freeze,r they are completely solid. After sitting for 5 minutes, they’re deliciously refreshing.
