Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil
  • cup Chocolate chips dairy-free as needed
  • 1 box Kinnick graham crackers they're gluten-free but any will work
  • 1.75 cups Whipped cream roughly one can, you may need more
  • ½ cup Equip Protein any flavor.

Instructions

  • Melt together the coconut oil and chocolate chips on the stove over low heat. Remove from the heat when mostly melted and stir smooth.
  • In an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper, place the graham crackers in a single layer.
  • Pour ¾ of the chocolate sauce over the graham crackers and smear as much as possible. Place the dish in the freezer for a moment.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the whipped cream and protein powder, taking care not to overmix as beef protein begins to get sticky quickly.
  • Remove the dish from the freezer and smear the whipped cream mixture onto the graham crackers, it will be thick and sticky!
  • Add a layer of graham crackers on top, or if you don't have enough, crumble them.
  • Drizzle the remaining chocolate on top and pop it into the freezer for 30-60 minutes to set.
  • After they’re set, slice the s’mores into squares and either enjoy or store them until you’re ready.

Notes

For best results, use Equip Protein. They have the best possible flavors and do rigorous testing on their proteins for the best results. Plus, they’re yummy and mix well. Use code mamabear to try them.
If your protein filling feels too thick, add a spoonful of whipped cream to loosen it up (this is common depending on the protein powders used).
Slice them smaller than you think, you’ll want more than one because they taste like a frozen candy bar.
Want a softer texture? Let the frozen s’mores thaw for a few minutes before eating.
