Only five ingredients in these yogurt covered bananas! Made with plain yogurt and sweetened with stevia. Use your favorite toppings to customize the frozen yogurt banana bites and they make the perfect, cooling, kid-approved, summertime snack
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla and stevia and mix to combine.
Line a cutting board or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Working in batches, place the sliced banana into the yogurt mixture and carefully coat the bananas. Use a spoon and be careful not to break the banana. Be generous with the mixture.
Place the yogurt covered banana onto the parchment paper.
Once all the bananas are covered, top each banana bite with either chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut or any topping of choice. Lightly press the topping into the bite with a spatula..
Place the cutting board into the freezer for two hours to set.
To eat, remove the pops from the freezer, and let sit at room temperature for five minutes

The type of yogurt you choose will affect the flavor and texture of the frozen yogurt banana bites. Both regular and dairy-free Greek yogourt is fine.
If using a flavored yogurt, omit the vanilla and the stevia; it's not needed.
The bananas freeze very solidly, let that 3-5 minutes before popping them in your mouth
Eat them quickly! The frozen bananas will begin to melt after ten minutes or so in the sun
