A delicious blend of protein and dessert! This dairy-free protein cookie dough comes together in just five minutes and is the perfect addition to family movie night.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Collagen powder
  • ½ cup Peanut butter natural
  • 3 tbs Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Almond flour
  • 3 tbs Dairy-free butter
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips dairy-free

Instructions

  • Heat the butter so that it is just melted.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate chips. Stir until combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy.

Notes

If you mix the chocolate chips in at the same time as the butter, they’re more likely to melt.
Know that you can use tallow in place of dairy-free butter as well or even coconut milk for a rich flavor.
Adjust the texture to your preference by adding more liquid ingredients or more flour.
This edible protein cookie dough is best eaten as soon as you make it. Though it can sit on the counter for a bit.
Placing it in the fridge causes it to become too hard. Portion it into bowls as soon as you make it and enjoy!
The portions on this are pretty decent; you can always cut back to scale back the calories!
Opt for crunchy peanut butter for extra yum!
