  • If using, mix together the cookie dough ball ingredients until combined. Portion into 6 small balls with a trigger ice cream scoop. Pop into the fridge.
  • Combine the ingredients in a high powdered blender.
  • Blend until smoothie.
  • Portion into a bowl.
  • Top with the cookie dough balls and other deliciousness.

Roll the balls of cookie dough first and pop them in the fridge or freezer while you make the smoothie.
Frozen bananas is one of the hacks to thick smoothies. If you’re using fresh bananas the texture won’t be the same.
Only as water as needed and add it in only one tablespoon at a time. This way you keep the thick texture of the smoothie bowl. Use a tamper as needed.
You can scale the calories back by eliminating the cookie dough balls.
