Sugar Free Banana Bread

The Steps

1. In a blender combine the bananas, eggs, vanilla, dates, and coconut oil until smooth. 2. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.

1. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. 2. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan and pour the batter into the pan. Pour the mixture in.

Step 3

1. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the banana bread. Top with crushed walnuts. 2. Bake for thirty minutes. Then, turn off the oven and let it sit in the oven to cool.
