Strawberry Smoothie Without Milk

Deliciously simple this strawberry smoothie is made without milk and totally dairy-free! refreshing, fueling, and the perfect pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 figs
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
  • ¼ cup Dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cups coconut water or almond milk
  • cup Collagen powder

Instructions

  • Place the strawberries at the bottom of the blender.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and pour almond milk over top.
  • Blend until combined.

Notes

You can use both fresh or frozen berries for the strawberry smoothie and to keep it pink in color, raspberries work in place of strawberries!
