Peanut Butter Protein Fudge
The perfect high-protein dessert recipe! This peanut butter protein fudge has 17 grams of protein but is naturally sweetened with honey to keep it semi-healthy, low-calorie and delicious.

In a small pot, warm the oil, peanut butter, and honey over low heat.
Remove from heat when coconut oil is just melted.
Quickly whisk in the collagen powder and coconut cream until no clumps remain.
Portion the fudge mixture into either a baking loaf lined with parchment paper or mini silicone molds.
Sprinkle on a pinch of salt.
Place in the freezer for at least one hour or until completely solid.
Make sure to heat the ingredients on low and be patient. Otherwise, the peanut butter may burn and make the mixture chunky.
Whisk in the collagen with a fork really quickly while everything is warm. This way it doesn’t have a chance to clump.
Though regular peanut butter is great, crunchy peanut butter is amazing.
You can pour the protein fudge recipe into a baking loaf lined with parchment paper or mini silicone molds.
Know that the thicker the fudge in the mold, the longer it will need to set.
