Notes

  • You can make the overnight protein oats complete with whole30 whipped cream and toppings, and pop them right in the fridge to set.
  • Do not add any toppings until you're ready to enjoy them.
  • The protein overnight oats can also just be enjoyed as is, without any of the toppings. That’s one of the best things about them: you can make them as indulgent or healthy as you like.
  • Beef-based protein: I recently switched to beef protein powder for health reasons and love it. Know that Paleo Pro can be used in the same ratios as written, but with Equip Protein you'll want to adjust the recipe by either reducing or eliminating the chia seeds or using a smidge more milk. This protein is insanely sweet but gets "sticky" when mixed with liquid. You'll also need to stir it before enjoying as well.
  • The nutritional breakdown is for the oats only, no toppings.
