Only five ingredients in this easy protein fluff recipe. Made with frozen berries this high-protein snack recipe is refreshing and more like a frozen treat!
Combine all ingredients except the optional blueberries into a food processor.
Process for 3-5 minutes, making sure that everything is combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides The longer you process the more it fluffs up.
If using frozen blueberries, chop them up and swirl through the fluff.
Top with any other favorites and eat immediately.

The protein powder you choose will affect both the texture and the flavor of the protein powder.
The nutritional breakdown uses a vegan protein powder (Botanica Perfect Protein) and does not include the tablespoon of honey
If using a fermented protein powder, you'll want to add 1 tablespoon of honey, as it's normally not very sweet.
If using a beef-based protein powder, you don't need any honey and only need ⅛c of milk. You could bump up the protein by doing ¼ + 2 tablespoons of protein powder.
A food processor works better than a Vitamix for this recipe only because it's really hard to scrape the fluff out of the Vitamix!You may need to stop and scrape the sides as you process. Resist the urge to add more liquid.The fluff tastes best when eaten immediately. If stored in the fridge, it loses its fluffy texture and goes more chunky.
