  • In a food processor, add in the avocados. Process until somewhat smooth.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and everything is combined.
  • Place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Top with coconut whip cream and chocolate chips when ready to eat (optional but awesome).

This chocolate pudding recipe tastes best cold. However, if you store your avocados in the fridge you can eat the Chocolate pudding immediately after making.
The avocado pudding recipe makes three small servings or two medium ones.
Store leftover avocado pudding in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an glass jar with a lid.
