Healthy Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding

Sweetened with maple syrup this avocado protein pudding recipe is a great way to curb cravings! healthy enough to give to toddlers and sweet enough that's you'll enjoy it yourself.

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe avocados large
  • 2.5 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons Collagen powder

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add in the avocados. Process until somewhat smooth.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and everything is combined.
  • Place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Top with coconut whip cream and chocolate chips when ready to eat (optional but awesome).

Notes

This chocolate pudding recipe tastes best cold. However, if you store your avocados in the fridge you can eat the Chocolate pudding immediately after making it.
The avocado pudding recipe makes three small servings or two medium ones.
Store leftover avocado pudding in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an airtight container and try to minimize opening it.
You need soft, ripe avocados for the recipe to get the best texture.
