In a regular bowl mix together the Greek yogurt and collagen powder until combined.
Swirl in half of the peanut butter until smooth.
Make sure the peanut butter is room temperature, and then drizzle the remaining amount over top of the pudding.
Top with any add-ons and enjoy!

Notes
I use a dairy-free Greek yogurt for the recipe. However, you can use a regular Greek yogurt in its place. With vegan yogurts, the texture is slightly different with each brand so your pudding may come out more or less thick depending on that.If using a plain Greek yogurt, you’ll want to add a splash of maple syrup or honey (to taste) when you mix it up.
