  • Peel and break apart the banana.
  • In a food processor, combine the bananas, cacao, and almond butter. Add in the collagen powder if using.
  • Combine until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds. Or, add the chia seeds into the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up and chill

Notes

Top your chocolate pudding with 2-minute coconut whip cream to make it even more indulgent.
Cocoa powder can be used in place of cacao powder. There won't be as many nutritional perks but the pudding will be sweeter.
Store the dairy-free chocolate pudding for up to 24 hours in the fridge in a closed jar.
