Air Fryer Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flank steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • teaspoon granulated garlic garlic powder works as well
  • teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon coriander

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380F (5 minutes). Pour olive oil, and soy sauce into the bag, and add spices. Stir.
  • Put the steak pieces in the bag and mix everything. Leave on for 5-7 minutes (or longer).

  • Transfer the steak pieces to the air fryer basket and fry for 7 minutes.

  • After 7 minutes, the steak looks ready, however, you need to mix it and cook for another 3 minutes.

  • After 3 minutes, the air fryer steak bites can be transferred to a plate and served.

Notes

Though the flank steak will look cooked after seven minutes, keep it in the air fryer and cook for the additional three.
Any neutral oil will work but avocado oil has a high heat point.
Store them in the fridge for 3-5 days.
Reheat the steak bites in the air fryer for a few minutes or stovetop on low to medium heat.
