Easy Vegan PROTEIN COOKIES (8g per cookie)

Made with vegan protein powder and nut butter these protein cookies are loaded with healthy ingredients but taste indulgent

These cookies are pretty easy to substitute. Chocolate chips are a great addition (mini chocolate chips work best!) and peanut butter will work for almond (any nut butter should be okay!).

Protein powder Almond butter Nuts & seeds Maple syrup Coconut oil Dried fruit

Step 1

HOW TO MAKE THEM

Combine everything into one bowl (melt the coconut oil first) and mix.

Step 2

Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the batter and press the cookies down slightly. Bake!

Step 3

Let them cool completely on the pan. And they get crispier if they're popped into the fridge.
